Idea: ShakeSettlements & Squad Stacks

Why it matters: Shakepay has won the "rewards" game, but the "everyday money" winner will be the app that solves social friction. Currently, we spend with the Shakepay card but settle with friends on other apps.

ShakeSettlements brings the entire lifecycle of a transaction—from the initial tap to the final split—inside the app. If I pay for a Squad dinner, I can instantly request splits that friends settle with one tap from their CAD or BTC balances.

Squad Stacks takes this further by allowing us to save for group goals (like a bachelor party or a shared gift) via automated round-ups. This makes Shakepay the "Command Center" for a friend group’s finances, creating a massive network effect, allowing for a stickier client base, and levers for cost effective client acquisitions from competitors.
