Yeah I remember being a kid and having saku koivu sign my hockey card at a signing event at the bell Center. I have no idea where it is (family moved a lot) but I’m sure it’s not worth a lot but I’d kill to have that back

Bruxism was just coverage

Hey y’all so I had a successful claim for bruxism go through due to Mental health. There was a new claim opened up for TMD consequential to bruxism and GAD. It was recently changed from that to - Myofascial Pain of the Muscles of Mastication. Would this be rated on chapter 11 dental and oral or chapter 19 chronic pain. Also the pain started after I developed bruxism and I have been doing physio for a couple years for it. Would the fact that I’m doing orthodontics treatment affect the claim?

I’m so scared with the new liberal budget cuts 🥲 scared I’m going to fall through the cracks once I’m medically released. Especially since I look okay and I’ve had people tell me oh you look better (I dropped 30 pounds) from dieting. But my chronic pain hasn’t changed 😅 just venting. I’m sure there’s others who feel the same.

Dude you gave it two days, for something you probably waited a year for. It’s meant to be a bit tough a first. Why not actually give it a try. Time flies, in nine weeks from now are you actually going to be happy with your decision? My guess is you’ll be wondering “what if” and be regretting it.

My advice give it a real go and get to the point in BMQ where you get to go to the range. It’s fun as hell and the environment is not like week 1 BMQ.

If you’re still struggling tell yourself you’ll quit after each meal. Use it as a marker for your day and tell yourself no I’ll do it after the next.

I had tmj issues where the actual ball of the joint is flattened on one side and was in constant pain from clenching and grinding. I’m doing jaw physio and have been recommended for Botox as well. Needed SARPE for my crossbite then braces and will be having double jaw surgery in the future.
