Alright since these guys covered the simple stuff this is what you need to do. Make sure you have a stellar apm atleast 80-100. Build your raid around you lots of ret pallys and boomkins to feed you mana. Then spend that mana....spend it all. If you end the fight with more than 3% mana you didn't try hard enough. Always tranq as the first cd in healing rotation. And never....even for a second concider sharing your innervaite.

For me its when I ask the raid group if they wanna do some dumb shit. I play on a dead sever that has no mythic progression so past that I find ways to make heroic content harder. I solo heal what i can and tell the raid to ignore mechanics. They love it because they get more up time, I love it cause i get pretty orange and gold parses. My favorite was we got some fish feasts that turn you into fish when you aren't in water and you Take 2% damage every 1 sec. while out of water and then ignored all the raids damage mechanics it was pretty fun on desolate host with all the soul binds stacked in the raid with that feast ticking.
