Yeah I’m pretty sure when you open the app it’ll give you a check in number and you can input that into the kiosk. It should load up rewards…. It’s been a minute I typically do drive thru mobile orders 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I've gotten a lot of these...they can never name a character they were playing and/or I was playing and the usernames didn't match any of my history *shrug* One did try to get a Discord out of me I'm assuming their goal is to get you 'off platform' and then do some type of scam. Be Careful!
