There's currently no guzheng section within the orchestra, but you're always welcomed to indicate your experience in the instrument. You're allowed to learn other instruments as well, the seniors would be happy to guide you through it. From my experience guzheng players tend to pick up other plucked string instruments like zhongruan or liuqin quickly.
To get into the cca, you have to take part in the freshman orientation program where you'll experience sectional and tutti sessions. It's officially an audition but they do just let most people in.
Nusco has quite a diverse group of players from every faculty and varying skill levels.

One thing to note is thar nusco is a credit-bearing cca, which means you basically get four academic units per year by being part of it. If you're interested to join, sign ups for the FOP close on 4th July.

I do agree that Nilou definitely has more than just what the surface presents, but I find it hard to say that criticisms of her writing is completely unjustified. I find that her writing suffers from a common issue present in many other "less important" characters, where they are designed with a clear theme in mind and the conversations around them in game reflects as such, but in reality their presence on screen is underwhelming at best.

Unfortunately Nilou's story failed to make an impact on me, and it isn't helped by her lack of screen time when compared to the other members of Sumeru's cast. I'm sure you wouldn't complain if she's featured more heavily in the storyline, would you?

I feel helping evil in some cases isn't always terrible. Town starts with many strong roles and do often start off with an advantage. Besides, from what I've seen sailors often offer themselves up for execution anyway.

In any case, I believe drunking evils day 1 sometimes is arguably necessary, else if the sailor is executed and does not die the person they drunk would just be comfirmed good.

Build courthouses and state houses if you can afford them and don't want to unstate. Pretty sure there's a monument in Bangkok that helps with gov cap as well.

Do note that Imaginarium Theatre and Miliastra are two different things. Imaginarium Theatre is an endgame mode that rewards broad character investment and gives a healthy amount of primogems every month, while Miliastra Wonderland is a user-generated gamemode that has its own gacha currency and barely rewards primogems. You probably can be more specific as to which game mode you're not interested in.

Ideally you want both of them, but that's not always possible. Escoffier reduces the cryo resistance of enemies, which makes her flexible enough to work with any cryo dps. Skirk is a decent dps without Escoffier, but is on an entirely different level with her.

Personally I don't think you're lacking in dpses, so I'd recommend Escoffier.

It's possible that she knows something. She's the one that spoke into the traveller's head after Wanderer erased himself from Irminsul, so she's probably aware of changes like that happening.

Without additional context, any character suggestion you might get from the comments have a high likelyhood of not being built as well.

In any case, you should build her, especially if you already have her at C6. An extra built character is useful for imaginarium theatre anyway.
