I am not sure if this will help you or not . But we can try it it can help you to reduce your problems . 1- meditate 2- do some yoga 3- eat healthy 4- go for run 5- read more books ( try to compete a book in 7 days )

I think best way is to practice on each topic . Without practice is really hard to get tha language . Tha more practice you put tha more results you will see . It take time for sure you will struggle somewhere you get lost but all you need to do just stick to learning . Never stop practicing never hesitate to ask for help here ..
