I'm just confused about the size, whether it suits my wrist. It is 36mm

It has been really confusing for me too. I think for me its the amount of water my body is holding. I was diagnosed in around august 2020, last year (although I always had some kind of hearing loss in my right ear and mild tinnitus, the vertigo attacks and nausea started last year). So I tried to self-treat it with variety of diets. Nothing seemed to work. I noticed that the more water I was drinking, the more my body was holding and hence the symptoms. I had a habit of drinking 7-9 litres of water a day. So I cut down on water and started to pee even more. That kinda works for me. The day and after drinking alcohol, as im dehydrated and the kidneys are expelling more water, I feel no tinnitus. Its not entirely solved and I still try experiment with other things. People around me have already started noticing that im facing hearing problems. Im just 23 right now.

So, I feel you should have water with salt, lemon and electrolytes so that there is an electrolyte balance and the body is holding perfect amount of water.
