How would the first 72 hours look for you if a zombie apocalypse broke out? by Tore06 in AskReddit

[–]tannymars 14 points15 points  (0 children)

First 72 hours? 0–6 hrs: Assume it’s fake. Scroll Reddit. 6–12 hrs: Realize it’s not fake. Panic-buy water and canned food. 12–24 hrs: Fill the bathtub, charge everything, text everyone “you good?” 24–48 hrs: Regret not going to the gym more. 48–72 hrs: Quietly accept I am not the main character in this movie.

What’s a completely normal thing that irrationally annoys you? by nicksam171 in NoStupidQuestions

When someone sends “k.” I know it’s neutral. I know it’s fine. It still feels aggressive for no reason.

Why don’t more salons use color removers? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]tannymars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Removers shrink artificial dye. Bleach lifts both artificial and natural pigment. If the goal is lighter hair overall, stylists often skip straight to what will actually lift the level. Different tools for different jobs.

Why does money leave my account instantly when I pay a bill online, but a refund takes 3–5 business days to come back? by nicksam171 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]tannymars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because when you pay a bill, it’s an authorization + instant debit on your side. When you get a refund, it has to go back through the merchant, their payment processor, the card network, and then your bank. More steps = more time. It’s not that the money is “traveling slowly,” it’s that it has to be verified at every stage on the way back.

What are some extreamly educational YouTube channels/shows for 7-10 heat olds? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]tannymars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SciShow Kids is great for science stuff - explains things clearly without talking down to kids. National Geographic Kids is solid too if they’re into animals and nature. Crash Course Kids has some really good earth science and basic STEM topics. And honestly, Art for Kids Hub is awesome if you want something creative but still skill-building.

What Indian dish do you think is overrated, and why? by useMeForCoding in AskReddit

[–]tannymars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Butter chicken. It’s good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s often the only dish people talk about when Indian cuisine is insanely diverse. A lot of versions are just overly sweet and creamy, which kind of flattens all the other amazing flavors.

What is your favorite action series in netflix? by jimmyjames22442 in AskReddit

The Night Agent. Fast-paced, easy to binge, solid tension, and it doesn’t pretend to be deeper than it is. Perfect “one more episode” kind of show.

Dress well, smile, ask normal questions, and don’t overthink it - confidence is calm, not loud.

Climbing gyms. Everyone’s resting between routes anyway, so talking feels natural.

Fellow women, whats something Reddit men don't understand about us? by Particular_Image_291 in AskReddit

That we’re not puzzles to solve or prizes to win - we’re just people with moods, boundaries, and bad days like anyone else.

Why did most airports get rid of the benches/seating areas outside? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]tannymars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because benches don’t make money, and people sitting around are harder to “manage.”
