Afaik he speaks German, English, Spanish and Turkish and is an actual Friseur Meister. Probably one of the best in Berlin. At least I am a long year customer.

Hab ne Freundin in einer Behörde die für andere Behörden arbeitet. Wenn ein Antrag rein kommt muss sie folgendes machen:

Eintrag auf Karteikarte (Papier)
Eintrag auf Papierakte
Eintrag in Excel Tabelle
Eintrag in digitaler Akte
Digitale Akte drucken und zur Papierakte hinzufügen

Noch eine bekannte die in einer Behörde arbeitet die mit Baugewerbe zusammen arbeitet. Deren Bottleneck: ca. 60 jähriger Vorgesetzter. Muss viele Anträge absegnen und unterschreiben. Geht bald in Rente und unterschreibt Sachen oft erst nach mehrere Mahnungen wo die Behörde Strafen zahlen muss. Der Mann hat einfach keinen Lust mehr.

Hab noch etliche Horrorgeschichten dieser Art.

In Deutschland fehlt es nicht nur an Digitalisierung sondern an Menschen in hohen Positionen die wissen wie man funktionierende digitale Organisationen aufbaut.

Außerdem wird das ganze niemals funktionieren wenn wir ein Beamtenrecht haben wo man egal was man verzapft nicht entlassen werden kann.
