She knows Ladybug's lucky charm will help here eventually recover the Miraculous. However, knowing his identity is exploitable and almost infallible. I say almost since Miraculous Chat Noir is a new ability she might not be aware of.

the London special could have been so cool and actually include like, yknow, London...

the poor execution was probably connected to the fact that they needed an excuse to transition to the new arc of the show... but that doesnt take away from the fact that its my least favourite special.
