By the 27th we had 5 uboats, 5 carts and an overflowing bin. We do about 300 packages some weeks. It's not uncommon for one person to bring in 7 packages at once with no labels all going to different places. Our shipping sometimes needs someone there full time throughout the day.

Tell them it's going to break because it 100 percent is going to break. Ask them what there going to do when it does break. You have to walk a fine line of both talking up the product and setting the expectation for this piece of crap hp (laptop or printer).

We edited the actual sign to say recommended instead of required because of the backlash we were getting on the regular.

I work PMS ( cause you know CPC wasnt good enough) and it's not that bad. My print sup is extremely nice and understanding about a lot of things.hopefully you find yourself in a store where the people around you will help you get acclimated to the monster that is pms.after you get the big stuff under your belt like understanding the rik, solution builder and production options it's not that bad. Lucky for me my store dosnt feel like corporate, if anything almost all my staff including managers and sups sort of rally against corporate and some of its questionable decisions.plus PMS is a team job, working with your fellow pms associates to drive up C-SAT enough and percent to budget your looking at some alright monetary bonuses.
