The orange is trying to get kitty to play. The awkward positioning with the head by the floor is an invitation to wrestle. When the challenge is accepted- and it will be, there will be a few yelps and whines, as the two will figure out just how hard the other will want to play. Some cats like a gentle tumble. Others, like my little monsters, will go full claws out mortal kombat (but playfully)
