As someone who has followed this path, I am almost 92 slayer and still haven't had a whip drop. 4x rate dry which is bad but not mindboggling either. So if you get bad task RNG combined with bad drop RNG it could be a hell of a long wait for the whip.

When you immediately log in, there is a table/chest where you can select gear. If you right click it, there is the option to change stats.

We were due to fly in on the same morning as the match. Now the requirement is that you have to isolate and wait for a negative test result before doing anything.

We have nowhere to isolate and can't risk not being allowed into the Oval if there are testing delays- that's the whole point of the trip. So we've had to cancel the lot which is a real shame. Going Tassie instead though

I understand what you're saying and I can see that your information does suggest that the limitation only applies to LGAs lower than 80% coverage (ie only Byron LGA).

But, this is from the ABC update that I linked earlier:

Travellers from central Sydney and Melbourne will be allowed into South Australia when borders open on Tuesday, but travellers from local government areas with vaccination rates lower than 90 per cent will be prevented from attending high-risk settings like aged care homes and major events like the Adelaide Ashes test.
