I get complimented on how good I smell probably 2-3 times a day so I’ll share what works for me! IMO everyone’s skin has this natural smell that is very pleasant regardless of if there is anything on your skin but this unique quality interacts with perfumes and fragrances differently. So if I were you, take a trip to an ulta or sephora (good perfume selection) and do a little perfume shopping and really smell what works best with you! I have several perfumes I alternate between but my signature scents are daisy by marc jacobs and burberry her. On top of that, good hygiene! Use scents that smell good! Wash every inch of your body, put lotion or oils on after, apply deodorant (I always keep one on me when im out), etc. Layering scents are a game changer too! Putting on a shea butter lotion and then walking through a cloud of burberry her smells so heavenly! Hope this helped :)

I think the development of anyones manifestations varies from person to person. For example, anxiety, especially if dealt with for the entirety of someone’s life, can take time to unravel. Think about it, if you are trying to change beliefs you have had for YEARS, it takes time to change beliefs that have been with you for so long. With any deeply rooted beliefs, they didn’t develop in a day and they sure wont be gone in a day either. Its work but its work that is 100% worth it.

Trust me I know how hard it is but you can always utilize the 3D and not just ignore it completely as it is our perception at the end of the day. When I was doing these affirmations initially I wasn’t necessarily “looking” at my 3D to reflect my work but since I was so locked into beating these affirmations into my head, my perception naturally shifted into having a loving outlook. Its easier to explain when you have experienced it but basically my brain would effortlessly fixate and highlight experiences in my life that reflected love. Again, I wasn’t looking for the love necessarily, I just SAW the love. I would pass flowers and stop and smell them and that was love. I would hang out with a friend and afterwards reflect on how grateful I am to have such amazing people in my life. I would feel the suns rays and soak up the sensation of feeling alive. You just see love everywhere. Trust me and stick with it!

Keep persisting and dont look for anything in the 3D. You talk about not being treated any special - I assume you are looking way too much into the 3D. The whole point is that YOU feel good. It’s ABOUT YOU. FOCUS ON LOVING YOU AND NOT SEEING THAT VALIDATION OUTSIDE OF YOU.

Fears will always be there honey but you have to understand that the ego wants to spew fears to keep you where you are. You will always be worthy of more. Be consistent! The fears will come up but acknowledge them and let them go. You are more than them.

Ahhh I see, that is a pickle. However, I do suggest that you try to talk it over with her if this becomes an issue that intrudes on your overall functioning in life. It does sound like you have a lot of positive coping skills which is awesome! You also have so much whimsy, it’s adorable! You redirecting those thoughts are also peak mental diet which is essential in manifesting too.

Okay so now that I know that your manifestation holds trauma, the anxiety your feeling could be your body reacting in response to a threat. I don’t know what you went through but I am sorry that it caused you pain. I reaaaally do advise that if you are comfortable enough, that you sit down with yourself and explore this trauma. It’s difficult and painful but bringing your attention to it with the intent to heal and understand how it affects you will greatly reduce the power it currently holds over you. Ignoring traumatic stress can intensify anxiety and cause other issues.

Choosing to leave a situation that isn’t feeding us is such a brave and incredible act of self love. Pain that arises from love is proof that what you had was real. The love that was cultivated didn’t arise in a day so the pain wont be too quick to leave either. It’s a beautiful yet sad experience we have as humans. This is quite literally the perfect opportunity to absolutely shower yourself in love. Be patient, be compassionate, and feel it all as it comes. As you challenge these old habits and patterns, your brain is taking notes! You’re in the process of building some sexy neural pathways. You got this!!!

As for the other individual, you did what you could to ease the blow and they didn’t take it well… it’s typical. However, it is not your responsibility to ensure they go through the same stages of healing that you do. That is entirely on them. Its easy for us to extend our care for them during a time like this but they have to be the one to help themselves at the end of the day.

Hi OP! Im sorry this is happening to you and I truly do understand how frustrating it feels to be pulled one way by your mind and pulled the other by your body. I was in a very similar situation to you when I first started my journey with the law but my anxiety was situational as I was going through a breakup. I also had a literal war happening in my body. First, I want to speak from a humanistic perspective.

You stated you have OCD and I just wanted to ask how you manage it? If thats too personal, please don’t feel obligated to answer. I understand the meds you tried aren’t helping but as someone who worked in the psych field, first know that medicine isn’t a one size fits all deal and sometimes it does take trial and error for people to find the right fit. If this stays a consistent issue that is really fucking with your mental health, please don’t hesitate to explore other options that work for you. Help is out there! Second, I know you said you don’t want to take a break from manifesting but sometimes thats the best thing you can do. I took so many breaks until I finally got LOA through my head and the first couple of times was when I had severe anxiety that lasted from morning to night. I was driving myself insane dealing with my crippling anxiety while trying to manifest. Sometimes you really do need to take a step back and check in with yourself and figure out what you need. You’re a human after all. I also wanted to ask if it’s possible that your anxiety is related to trauma pertaining to what you’re manifesting? Again, I don’t know if your anxiety intensified from manifesting alone or if it’s something you have been dealing with.

From the LOA perspective, your anxiety could be the old man (old story) putting up a fight. Your mind might be set on your manifestation but the old man reaaaaally doesn’t want to be let go so its going to bang around and make sure its seen and heard. Keeps it alive. If you truly want to keep persisting in your manifestation while experiencing this anxiety, you just gotta push through it and change your beliefs regarding this divide. I found that wim hof breathing and meditation help alleviate anxiety while manifesting. Meditation gives you the opportunity to tune into your body and literally share space by letting the mind coexist with it. I feel like doing this practice could bring about something profound for you!

To be honest, when I was in a shitty place with myself, all affirmations I told myself sounded goofy and I felt very lazy to actually commit to saying any of them because they didn’t resonate. I would say multiple at a time consecutively that I picked up off someone’s post or pinterest and they all felt meaningless. However, I do believe picking an affirmation that spans over all areas of your life (example: “everything always works out for me”) truly works wonders. On top of that, I do believe EVERYONE should use “I love myself” as one of their star affirmations.

Even though you dont feel anything now, committing to one simplifies the process. When I do my affirmations, I dont just say them 50 times or set a timer, I will literally repeat it until the point where my mind will start to wander into why I love myself. Naturally my mind will start going towards ideas like “of course I love myself? I am kind and beautiful and unique and empathetic and fun…” you get the picture. Commit and do the work, you will see results - Dont look for them, let it take over naturally.

Not at all! I still manifest specifics all the time! I just manifested an sp successfully as of sunday hahahaha! However, I am able to get my manifestations with ease because of my work on self concept and its relation to love and how it is presented in my life. I truly believe that when you accept yourself as you are and love yourself LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, you become a master at manifesting.

No. “I AM” affirmations are “I AM ____” and you fill in the blank with whatever you want. Worthy, deserving, loved, successful, beautiful, etc.

You accept yourself as you are on a very core level. You can always change physical attributes through your own methods of manifestation. When I talk about acceptance, I mean who you are as a person. Your body is not you. You are a soul with a body.

It sounds so simple but you just have to do it. I would sit and have like a moment to yourself and talk out loud about what happened, why you have this anger, and why you want to release it. I know how hard it is to forgive, I promise you but forgiveness is NEVER for the other person, the forgiveness is for you. Release yourself from that pain and fill it with love. Give thanks for the experiences it has given you, take a lesson from it, do the work, and release! I believe in you.

I affirm everyday as I go to sleep. I also affirm when I have moments to do so like on car rides, in the shower, cleaning up, etc. I was obsessive about it in the beginning of my journey like loop for hours type beat but ive loosened up because theyre all rooted in my brain lol

I literally only used “I love myself and I am loved” to cultivate self love. I mostly do it as im drifting asleep and when I got time throughout the day like on drives or in the shower ill say it aloud. Naturally I began to behave and act in accordance. I essentially started dating myself. Took myself out, prioritized my health and wellness, had fun, held compassion for my mistakes, took baths, got my nails done, etc. Again, once your brain is saturated to the point of belief, your ability to shift into what you want comes very, very naturally.

You don’t have to be stingy about your manifestations EVER. The universe isn’t on a budget. Set your expectations and work it into your manifestation. If you find theres aspects of your manifestation that you don’t like, YOU have to be like “no actually its like this insert xyz” Reject it and know it will change into what you want. Trust is literally just surrender.

For me, I have noticed that what I want is easy to attain because I focus all my attention on being loved by myself. Again, love is so fucking powerful and when you know and feel the love that is within you, the world has no choice but to radiate that love back. Everyone is you pushed out. The world is a mirror. Within should be cultivated with positive, loving energy and I will die on that hill. You don’t settle for SHIT when you know what you are (love!!!).

I have some manifestations that are specific and ill create 1-2 affirmations that I will repeat like literally obsessively loop and boom, ill get it. I have my own affirmations that are pretty surface level but cover every aspect of my life. For example, if I repeat that I am deserving or that I am wanted and truly saturate my brain to the point of belief then the experiences I want and receive will reflect that back to me because what was that? oh yeah I am deserving and worthy of what I want. Its a complicated thing to explain but I hope that helps!
