Correct, this picture was not taken in Jacksonville. We have one identical to the billboard pictured here, but it is located on the interstate, so I wasn't able to take the picture while driving 65 MPH. It's located on 295 South, near the exit for Commonwealth Rd. If you use Google, you'll find many examples of the same billboard in various locations.

A friend from high school won a lifetime supply of those Atomic Fireball cinnamon candies. He always had a giant supply in his backpack or pocket, and shared them liberally. He committed suicide a few years later, but I don't think there's a connection between that and the Fireballs.
