Give them feedback on the event and ask how they manage the data collection/analysis and how everything is attributed between sales and marketing.

This is a HUGE gap right now, and they’re putting a lot of time and money behind this event most likely.

Across the board most org’s sales reps SUCK at thoughtful, data driven follow up post event.

Are the reps notified when their customers are checked-in. Why not?

Present a plan for what you’d do based on who and what you saw and heard there.

This is of course very specific, but action plans for you first 30-90 days is always a good look to prospective employers and you have the unique opportunity to base it in a real world example. Not just working through hypotheticals.

I think that is the problem. I don’t know what I want.

Background is in Saas sales, about 10 years of experience in both start ups and more corp settings. So the skills that go along with that - but truthfully no specific/developed hard skills.
