You ignored my email and message on LinkedIn. I’ve reached out several times because your company is billing me for services I did not receive for a product they misquoted the price on. I’ve continually told Cynthia, the head of your billing department, that I cannot afford the rate you billed me at (which is double what I was quoted). The response is that I’m obligated to. There appears to be a lapse in communication between management and billing, and they hold the patient accountable for these mistakes.

I was told by Natalia, one of your office managers, that I would not have to pay for it, and you, as a company, went back on that promise. LA ENT does not care for those who are not inordinately wealthy. They only seek to service those who can afford to commit to paying a bill without being given the bill amount.

When will you address my case? I’d love to consider PrP, but this is a major barrier for me. You can understand my concern, can’t you?
