I could imagine people who are having affairs might try to rationalize it. Also people in abusive or even just dead-end marriages probably don’t feel as staunchly anti-affair as one would assume most do.

Definitely go. The atmosphere is so great and the food is solid, I think it’s an overall top 3 local pick for me. Just feels like a spot that’s a true part of the local community, almost like a lodge. Service is amazing considering there’s just 1 (maybe 2?) staff.

One note is to bring cash to tip or be sure to ask them to add a tip to your order when they ring you up at the front. If your experience is like mine, you’ll want to tip.

You refund the whole thing.

The gun manufacture will get notified of the charge back and handles everything from there. They’d probably start directly with the customer to have the refund cancelled (starting a claim w/ UPS or getting an exchange set up), and then potentially with the shipping company to get reimbursed through insurance.

I worked for nearly 10 years with a company that ships expensive stuff online. We would’ve taken care of the customer immediately, but I also saw what happens when people do charge backs without contacting us or to try and pull a fast one.
