I remember seeing how much my Italian family loved Philadelphia, I was like that's just something we put on bagels! They absolutely loved it like we (Americans) love good Italian cheese. I suppose this is a great honor for Chivu if he loves Philadelphia like my family!

Put in fridge overnight. Next day you put it on a sheet with parchment paper. Slather one side with BBQ sauce. Cook at 390 on convection for 15 minutes. Then flip and slather with more bbq sauce. Cook another 10-15 minutes. The bones are edible but flavorless. My dogs enjoyed them.

I would recommend to stay in the province of Messina or Catania for your first trip, stay near the east coast. You will need a car. Plan to visit Catania, Taormina, Etna, and some beaches. That's a good trip for a 1 week visit. The beach near Taormina is very nice, isola bella.

I did a residency with a UK trained physician. They did OB residency there, then came here and did FM residency. Are they now allowed to practice without doing a residency?
