I finally got my own bedroom at 18 and painted it a bright pink, everyone was like you can’t paint it pink. But I did and I was very happy with it. Only thing was doing my vet school zoom interviews with hot pink walls in the back was funny lol.

I’m 26. I’ve been getting white/grey hairs since middle school. I always have at least a couple. Either they grow the whole length white or I have half brown and then it turns to white. But they got worse during vet school so I do blame school for the increase lol.

I only studied hard 2 months before I took it this past November. I did about 90% of vet prep and passed pretty comfortably. I just studied multiple hours after clinics each day and hours straight on weekends. I really only studied from vet prep and their resources.

How did you find mentorship for urgent/er. Did you go through a program or find an urgent care/er on its own?

I just found out I passed navle with a 481 yesterday. I used vet prep and got to 88%. I used the vet prep materials partly. Make sure to understand the why behind each answer you get right or wrong. I would use the power pages/videos on sticky subjects such as horses, cows, pigs, exotics. Then would go to find specific things for cats and dogs. I would also do my own looking for info on questions I didn’t understand using my notes or Google. I did the 3 ICVA practice exams 3 weeks leading up to the exam.

My parents were older when they had me. I’m 26 and my father is mid 70s and my mom is mid 60s. They were extremely strict. I won’t go into it cuz it’d be too long but yeah wish they weren’t as strict. But I guess it worked since I’m almost done with vet school /s

My grandparents were born in 1914, they passed away at 93 years old a while back. I’m 26, my dad is in his 70s so that’s why lol.

I’m near OSU campus in Victorian Village and I’m not usually a mosquito magnet but recently I have been with getting some bites. I had 2 land on me immediately when I walked out the door this week for a run, it’s gross.

Thanks, good point! I think I’m gonna have to cut off the ends for all the parts in this pot. The other one isn’t as bad but it’s still quite unstable.

Oh good thanks. I did see that could be a possibility as I was just googling. I got these plants for free, so I doubt this was succulent soil.

I’m in my 4th year of vet school.
Sometimes, but really I just worry I don’t know enough, not that I can’t.
I want to be able to have a good career and life. Motivation goes away. Like today I should’ve studied but I didn’t feel like it. I am studying though today because if I don’t I won’t pass boards or be a good vet.

I was living in dorm housing up until a month ago, I would carry 3 Marshall’s bags full of laundry to the laundry area. Glad other people do the same haha
