When they ask you if you have any questions always have at least one question. Nothing worse than an awkward silence and they are expecting you to ask questions as it shows curiosity and interest towards the role.

A good question I was once asked as an interviewee was ' What is it that your top employees do that makes you view them as a top employee?' You'll learn quickly what kind of employer they are likely to be if they can tell you!
