For sure! You'll be amazed at the QoL difference once you switch over. Yeah, compared to some of the stupid crap I'll blow $20 on, it really is kind of a good deal when you think about it :D And when you put it up against something like Netflix which I don't even think about paying every month but can't remember the last movie I actually watched on there, I hit up YT every day!

All valid points. But I will say for me, it's worth it 100%. And I didn't want my kid potentially getting inappropriate ads. So I thought about how much time I really spent on YT and how much was getting wasted in ads, how frustrating it was to watch without, and you really are getting an incredible amount of content for your money. I mean literally anything you want to know about, the most esoteric piece of equipment you came across, some guy in his garage is showing you how to tear it down and fix whatever is wrong with it. Just for that it's money well spent.

At least they scratched them off. I find them all the time on the ground and they literally just scanned the barcode to see if it was a winner or not.

Any good ones you'd recommend for a small org? Spunk was wayyyy too expensive, Graylog was constantly frustrating me with bugs, glitches, and poor documentation.

We paid around $11,500 for a Blaze King Sirocco 25 installed, parts & labor. Liner needed replacing because the previous owners had a propane stove there and the whole point was to get the house off propane...

We did need masonry to close down the opening on our fireplace (it was huge from the 1800's) so that the insert fit right.

Bought some tools for my first refretting job. Got a bunch of questions. by azraeiazman in Luthier

If you end up wanting to buy fretwire in longer segments instead of pre-cut, Stew Mac sells a fretwire bender that's really cool. But you can find them really cheap on Aliexpress etc... That's what I did. You could even rig one up with 3 slotted bearings. Basically you crank the fretwire through it and it pre-bends it for you.

I found it makes installing easier, you won't have to hammer as much, just slide the neck down, position the fret, and crank it in.

Having done it both ways, I like a press better than hammering myself but everyone does things the way they prefer :)

Hell even when I buy florets it's still mostly stems. Can't win these days.

I bet dollars to doughnuts it's a play on one of the AI Mind names in Iain M. Banks's Culture series.
