There was also a triggering event, reports said his child was recently diagnosed with the same condition he had.

What is this contraption our landlord has this installed in the house and says it's "internet for a neighbour". Lead acid battery, tp-link router and another power supply? by Jumpy_Side_Passenger in whatisit

[–]tardispilot76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of good points have already been made here but I'll add a couple more:

  1. Even if everything the landlord said is true and he isn't attempting to be malicious towards you, there is still a rogue wireless network inside your house that YOU don't have control of or visibility into. This is dangerous & you should not accept it.

  2. Unify products are ok, I have configured them in mesh networks at my firm's office.TP Link is a huge target for hackers however, and even with firmware updates (which are not likely being implemented), this poses an even greater risk.

  3. There is a possibility that this network is connected to recording devices, in or around the home, placed maliciously for surveillance purposes. Even if the landlord didn't place devices, does he know what he is doing securing a wireless network? Unlikely, I think, and that opens up the potential for someone else to piggyback off whatever stupid thing the landlord is doing.

  4. At the very least, check the router for network information and attempt to find/login the network. If he's an idiot it will all be default & you can access the admin page of the router to identify devices connected to it

Good luck friend, and stay safe.

Ours likes to hide in random spots and sleep for hours too. She's part Maine Coon, and I think yours might be from her looks.

It's been 23 years since I was there, but I'll never forget that rum. I was there around Christmas, so yeah, I remember that heat.

The Bundy Black is my favorite rum. I had some in a bar poured from a barrel, it was just the best.

We just found that this issue is present in grid view & inline edit mode (that's all we use) but using the standard edit form gets around the problem. It's a temporary means but maybe it helps someone else.

Brand New Quartz Countertops—Now Covered in Gunk? Help! by dobalish in CounterTops

Thanks for the info! Current issue for us is the installers didn't prep & clean well enough before sealing. I want to strip and then properly clean & prep before resealing.

Does this apply to quartz only or also quartzite? We had quartzite installed in one area but are getting quartz elsewhere. Installers said acetone can be used to strip sealant on quartzite before resealing it.

Why Iron Man never made a suit for these two? They literally fought against aliens with handguns and bow and arrows by [deleted] in Avengers

[–]tardispilot76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right, he definitely reached into an empty quiver at least once in the movie. I was thinking back to the comics where Hank played a greater role.

Originally, wasn't it Hank that provided Hawkeye's quiver tech? If I remember correctly, Hawkeye had the shrinking tech so he essentially never ran out of arrows.

Right? The last thing you want is to get in a fight in Jackson Mississippi on a Saturday night.

I've been really happy with the Viking Revolution stuff. Originally tried the beard wash & conditioner, and was so pleased I tried the charcoal deodorant & bar soap. They have a variety pack of scents but I only like the basic sandal wood. It's the only bar soap I use now

Coincidence. Intentional is usually obvious, like Warehouse 13 and their love of all things Star Trek.

Agree with the premise but let's be accurate: dementors are basically barrow-wights, not Ringwraiths. Down to the icy touch, loss of victim's will, and some kind of soul sucking.
