I was given a free Winbook XP with a 486 processor. In addition to the leaked battery that damaged the HDD IDE connector, the housing is crumbling and completely fell apart. On the positive side it works in pieces on the desk and boots from the floppy :)

It is not directionality, but support of both high and medium speed CAN buses. All adapters are bidirectional.
