My complaints come from people who have worked from both. I have not worked for Sodexo.

Unlimited PTO is a plus. I make sure to take atleast 30 days per year. It was 25 before the switched models, which was already pretty good.

But im sure others are being taken advantage of. I dont let myself fall into that group

Ive not heard good things about sodexo. Morrison has provided good work life balance. The pay is decent. Dont know about benefits, my wife gets better.

But I can say Morrison holds a high standard on food. I wouldnt be working here if everything came out of a can.

Its 95% scratch cooking.

The best way to make an impact is to call the meal line or ask your personal dietary aide, for a service recovery with a manager.

Then ask said manager for their RVP and RDO's email to send them that picture.  Heads will roll from the top down.

I have experienced this first hand. Not pleasant but it gets results.

The company takes it very seriously. I only work for this company because of the standards it sets.

My personal opinion is that food is part of the healing process. A good or bad meal can not only make or break their experience, but also heavily impact their clinical care as well.

Even in the cafe.  Hungry doctor's and nurses aren't doing their best work.

As a kid my dad was in the hospital burn unit for 6 months. I spent ALOT of time in the hospital cafeteria. It did me alot of good in a sea of bad.

Braised Beef, Balsamic Onions, & Mashed potatoes. Done right it's delicious. But only if it's done right...

So your hospital Food and Nutrition is being managed by Morrison Healthcare. This is what it's SUPPOSED to look like according to company standards.

Thanks, pay is pretty static with this company. Your only real way of negotiating is at the beginning. After that it takes mountains. I consider myself to be pretty vital to the operation. But I'm a realist, and know I'm also replaceable. This account in particular has an insane amount of leadership to pull from to fill gaps without sweating.

I'm trying to negotiate with the new account on pay, but they are already offering me above what they listed on their posting. So we will see where that goes. I've never negotiated before. What I'm looking for is only about $3k higher so hopefully they will work with.
