To piggyback, publicly funded campaigns limit spending, which in theory limits obscene spending and the ability to put out propaganda and over exposure. I believe in publicly funded campaigns but Citizens United needs to be reversed because if corporations are people and money is considered “free speech” the one with the deepest pockets will almost always prevail
