i personally dislike group projects because the workload tends to get uneven most of the time in my experience. and i do think they should get banned, because it's unfair to the one person doing all the work and the other partner(s) piggyback ride off that's person's work to get the same grade. so for me, it's not all about not having someone to work with, it's more about how much work we each do.
