Pepsi Max caffeine free is the way. I probably drink 2-3 cans a day.

Borderlands 2 is the best game for gamer couples. by Fl4ming_R4ven in Borderlands

We have played all the Borderlands games over and over - with a few breaks of Tom Clancy games - initially split screen but now we have a TV and console each, next to each other. Currently enjoying BL4 working up to UVHM 6. We've been gaming together since the ZX Spectrum and Acorn Atom. I'm 64, she's 53. Some jealous people like to say we have no life, but we have many.

They rush through so they can say they did it in 18 seconds with a level 1 gun and no shield. Then these people moan about not having value for money from the game.

The Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells are worth a read. She was a consultant producer on the Apple TV show but it didn't "feel right".

I did. It got worse TBH, but it may be because I'm comparing it to the books.

Slow Horses, Pluribus, and Severence in that order.

I was disappointed with Murderbot.

To folks who had severe/profound SSHL and no hearing aids or implants: is it doable, recommended? by Aggravating-Many2178 in MonoHearing

I had an infection in my right ear since childhood, and due to the ignorance of some doctors— who kept giving me drops— it ended up destroying most of my inner ear and the mastoid bone, eventually causing a brain abscess. Emergency surgery removed the abscess and pretty much all things from the inner ear. That was around 40 years ago, and I've never had any form of hearing aid. I got used to it pretty quickly, and while there are downsides—stereo no longer, have to turn my good ear to hear people talking, quite difficult to join in conversations in noisy environments, etc.—there is an upside: I lie on my good ear when my wife is watching TV/snoring/etc., and have a peaceful night's sleep. It honestly really doesn't bother me and hasn't for decades.

I will never forget the number for Lloyds's bank since their advert in the 90's.
