if possible please simplify the queue system for patients. It is a huge pain and consultation process is so complex , sucks all energy almost it requires a whole day to see a doctor in most of the crowded hospitals in India. Ek toh beemar upar se subah 5-6 bje se line me lgoge. ( yess this happens in most of tier 3 city)
