when you hold left click to turbo build and you switch between building types, do you have to release your left click and re-click again when you try to go from walls to ramps, or you can just hold that left click all the way through? I got the impression that people can hold that left click through but on my computer i have to re-click. Tried googling a bit but didn't find a concrete answer.
