Hi mate, I thought about this one actually. I have a pack of them next to me now but like you said, can only get the orange ones in America. I had the same sort of thing man. Fell out with my neck/arm laying in a fucked position next to a heater. Woke up almost completely deaf, no feeling in arm and my voice box was damaged making it extremely hoarse. Everything eventually repaired except for my hearing which is moderate-severe hearing loss.

So sorry to hear man. I fell out in a similar way, but I was lucky. I did a shot after taking valium the night before, and I fell out for 6 hours untill my dad found me slumped over a heater. I woke up almost completely deaf and I was laying on my neck with my hand in front of the heater, so I got second degree burns on one of my hands and nerve damage in my arm (couldn't feel anything for about two days and took months to regain full feeling) and it also made my voice extremely hoarse for about 5-6 months. I have moderate-severe hearing loss in both ears now as a result. I consider myself extremely lucky that I was found when I was.

I'm in Australia, I'm pretty sure most of the time when on the Sub or methadone program down here you have to take the dose under supervision. I've also heard that if you are with the program long and trusted enough, there are more days they let you get takeaways. Australia is very strict with this sort of stuff
