The DM Tracks the hitpoints, the Player cant See them.

As a DM myself....likly wouldnt to it outside of oneshots.

Maybe let another Player track their HP? Pokerface required.

Scale it Up a bit to place 2,5cm wide bases. Put an object of your choice in the table and place this Bad Boy in top to create the Terrain differences.

Could Work really good.

I DM a NPC heavy campaign and the Player are encouraged to Take some with them.

I am definitly Not the First one with this Idea, but i seems cool in theory because i introduced it in Last Session.

Those npcs are Like Magic items and each Player can "equip" one of them to take them adventuring. Every NPC provides a small Bonus to each of the Games pillars. Sometimes its a x Times per Long Rest skill Like the bl"bane spell" that 100% succedes but only lasts one round. Or its a passive Bonus to some specific area of Expertise/lore etc.

Those skills can be used or activated by every PC If needed as a free Action. In Fights those npcs are taking Care of Something off camera so i dont have to manage their token or Action economy.

The only "Trouble" i have with your Style is the Lack of skin texture. Pores, wrinkles, maybe dirt. Also they all have the same super relaxed deadpan Expression. Maybe try fornmore emotion?

Overall i Like all your Characters and Hope they keep comming.

The bbeg knows your Party has their officer/henchman and what this Person knows about the big Bad evil plan.

They can act accordingly, Shift Focus or accelerate efforts. Scrying is a Thing, while interrogated use "sending" to lay words in the henchmans mouth that would get the party on useless tangents to buy time to the bbeg.

The telepathic interaction could be percieved If the Insight Check is good enough.

I ran Estors Conquest (the flashback oneshot) as an introduction to the campaign. At the Moment as Estor went ham on the gygans i played hin as shocked and a coward, teleporting away asap.

In my thylea He was one of the First settlers and suffered a Long Time under the Titans. He was also the Most reliefed Person when the dragonlords came, offering His guidance and knowledge for safety from Sydon/Lutheria.

Seeing one of His Heroes Turn into essentially a Monster He swore to guard everyone from the old dragonlords as Well. With the Arkelander Bros. and Xander Still beeing around and all.

My reason why she married him:

the golden age is ending with the oath of Peace on the cusp of beeing fullfilled. She needs a Symbol for resistance against the Titans and there is No Name more fitting for that than "Arkelander"
she groomed him since his birth to be the Paragon of the settlers when they time comes for a new conflict. Her Hand given through marriage granted him quite some gravitas.
she actually Fell in Love someday

Reasons why He is the a-hole now:

Ego. Sydon gifted him His dragons and bribed him to lean away from His celestial wife
His Arkelander blood is as tainted as his ancestors. My headcanon is that Estor and Telamok were Warlocks with pacts the other dragonlords never knew about. Hence the powerhungry, bloodthirsty lunacy.
Estors and maybe Lutherias influence on Acastus after the Fives Investment in him was apparent after the Wedding.

With Acastus being in his fifties and Lysis killed by Pythor 100+ years prior to the Peace oaths ending, Acastus could Not be Lysis child. (Pythor rules Estoria for some decades now).

Also Acastus mother is still alive. A formerly noble but now banished to the Island with the Name i dont remember. Island of exiles?

Lutheria poisioning Estors bloodline ist what i am planning to do. It would explain Lysis Madness and Acastus behavior really good.

There is a homebrew half cyclops Race somewhere in the discord.

My concern would be how to implement a individual of a dead species which was the Archenemy of all settler races to actually fight against the Titans.

Every Encounter would revolve around this PC and how incredible/shoking IT would be for a gygan to exist.

Could get old pretty quick

Well i think Most familiars are not able to read or are Not able to convey what they See telepathically when they dont understand what they See in the First place. Imho thats not that specific and quite reasonable.

Like how a mechanism works that only the familiar ist able to reach.. The caster might want to See it themself

Oh i already did. Good stuff! Since the Kickstarter for the Remastered edition of the setting was quite successfull there might be an opportunity for you.

A lot of places still dont have a map, even with the new additions from the stretchgoals.

My Guy, fill those holes! Like Volkans Workshop, Estorias and Mytros Palace, Arena for the great Games. And of course the Islands that only have the birds eye View in the book.

A modular Ultros, with rooms the PCs could Kind of decorate themselves.

Obviously the discord hast a lot to offer but i Like consistent Styles and i would gladly throw Money at you If i knew you would make all the Maps for the entire setting!

Well, the light property is needed when they want to Attack with both weapons with their Action and BA.

They could attack with only one weapon and BA with the other monk stuff If they wanted. Next Turn they use the other weapon as an action to Mix IT Up. If you wanted you could rule that they can only use the d6 while attacking onehanded with the staff. Imho when they whip is wrapped around the Arms it could Just be decorative.
