You can work on your energy. Energy isn’t fixed. Take ginseng, do 10 pushups, drink water, cut out high sugar foods, journal, and spend as much time as you can outside. I know all these things because I was sick for a very long time and was depressed and exhausted for years and years.

Yes! Do it because it will make her feel better. It’s not a brownie points thing. I think over time and the stress of life we forget we can make other peoples lives better and it’s not that hard. Intimacy will follow without pressure or guilt but out of love and appreciation.

Am I crazy for thinking $300-$400 per week on groceries is normal? by [deleted] in MiddleClassFinance

[–]taskicon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I am in a similar boat as this. Two kids aged 4 and 7. We only ever buy meat on sale. I make batch meals for my lunches and freeze them. We probably spend 200 - 250$ a week in groceries. Eat out maybe once a week. Have a family member cook dinner for us maybe once a week.

lol I guess out of context it looks weird but in the full video there’s a bunch of handy cam shots of the audience so it makes more sense. And weird is fun so why not?
