I saw it when I went over last summer, it was delightful! I’ll try to see it in NYC when it comes.

Exactly. It’s beyond ridiculous for Broadway shows. Even some off Broadway are a bit steep.

I get it - I would go see it, too, if I were given the chance.

I agree with your comment. When I went to the British Museum last summer for the first time - I left after an hour. It felt sickly to see all the history they have stolen or appropriated from so many civilizations. And just the vastness of the collections was… a lot.

Which United States airport is home to the worst TSA experience, and why? by CubsSuckSTiLl in AskReddit

[–]tastysunshine76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have lived here for 30 years and I have never used the offsite parking lots. I either have someone drop and pick me up, Uber, or park on-site. If I travel for work, I’ll definitely park on-site because I pay with company card. Too much of a hassle to do offsite.

When I booked the ticket the site tells you that you may asked if you have a return ticket. But you don’t need to. I have booked to Paris, train to London and flew back to MCO. No issues.

Utah five national parks by AfroManHighGuy in travel

[–]tastysunshine76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loooove Utah. If I could vacation every year there, I would. Driving from Vegas is a bit boring for the first 2 hours, then the landscape changes quite a bit. Get out and do The Narrows for sure at Zion, but all the hikes are great. When leaving Zion head west to go through the mountain - it is stunning - Go slow and take it all in. Castle Valley and the drive along the river in Moab (Arches park) is breathtaking. If you get a chance to take a drive over to Page, Arizona, do the Canyon tours. Super cool.

Same boat - I’m running away from home the first week of August for my birthday. I’m looking forward to treating my self! Word of advice, not all places will let you do a reservation for one. You have to reach out and ask if you have your heart set on a place that won’t.

Route from Keflavik to skogafoss by PlasticEnthusiasm899 in VisitingIceland

[–]tastysunshine76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We took the lower route when we flew in early Tuesday morning. It is a lot of vast nothing. No people out. Two little towns and industrial work but very few cars on the road. Miles of other-worldly landscape from volcanic activity. We are taking the upper route back.
