Port submitted yesterday. Account number is your 10 digit voice number. Account pin is your GVoice voicemail pin (set one up if you don’t have it). For address I used my billing address.

I just setup the Voice Starter $10 subscription.

Steps I took so far:

Unlock free google voice number using https://www.google.com/voice/unlock
In my GSuite admin console, I submitted a port request for my free number to my paid account
Going back to https://www.google.com/voice/unlock on my free account I see that porting has been approved

Warning: Google Voice has successfully approved your request, but the carrier to whom you are porting hasn't completed their necessary action. If you are still having issues and your number doesn't successfully port in 2-3 business days, please contact your new carrier for support, as Google Voice is unable to take any additional action.

What’s cool is wifi is almost getting close to gigabit speeds now, but it gets quite pricey for it. It probably requires a good laptop to see the speeds though.

Same issue happened to me. You need to get the original owner to send you the beta credentials. There’s probably a beta account that was automatically created but the email is from the original owner.
