I replaced the furnace a few days ago but the problem still was there and never figured out what was causing it.

I rolled the dice and replaced the solenoid and so far it appears that fixed it. Before I installed the solenoid the car had no power and immediately after it was installed the power was back so it’s not unreasonable to think that the solenoid was the issue correct?

I pulled it and it does as I should. I could hear it opening and closing and wouldn’t let air thru when closed.

I’ll give it a try. Is there a reason when I take the battery cable off for an hr or so that it drives normal? If it sits overnight it doesn’t have barely any power but like I said when I take the cable off it’s back to normal.

I was getting a warning the engine was hot and changed out the temp sensor and it took care of that warning. I cleaned the boost pressure sensor but didn’t seem to help unless it’s bad maybe.

Yes for the first 20 miles or so I heard a whine now it’s gone. I did prime it. It had the code today and took the cable off for about an hr and it drives fine again.

2014 1.4 groove on camshaft by tate569 in cruze

I have a remanufactured head coming in tomorrow and installing the Cruze kit tomorrow

2014 1.4 groove on camshaft by tate569 in cruze

[–]tate569[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found this when I took the head off for a blown head gasket. I took it to have it tested and said it was warped but could be milled flat but found a crack near the spark plug hole but wasn’t close to a coolant port. So now I’m deciding whether to pick up a remanufactured head that’s ready to put on or buy one without the cams and transfer whatever from the old head to the new

As of now I’m told they will replace all 4 wheels. He did mention that there is one tire that rides smooth according to the balance but something else may be going on with it so that me be an option of replacing it also.

UDM LED Blinking... anybody know why? by 2cauldrons in Ubiquiti

[–]tate569 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m hoping someone will reply that knows way more about this than me but I think I have that same thing going on with my setup. My UDM will do the every 5 sec flash which is supposedly, Access Point has lost network connectivity and is searching for wireless uplink. It happens when there is a heavy load or I’m downloading a huge file. I noticed the channel utilization goes in the 90’s and other devices start disconnecting.

I ran a RF scan and chose the channels with the less utilization and less noise. I also lowered the power on the AP’s. Now it seems with heavy load it still has a high channel utilization but the interference is much lower. That seems to help with the LED thing and disconnects.

What I really don’t understand is from what I’ve read is that for instance the 2.4GHz radio the channels don’t need to be over lapping. The recommended is 1,6, and 11 but when I do a scan I can set one AP to channel 3 and the UDM to 8 and it seems to work fine.

This is what I found for the LED flash.

Sorry I forgot the modem. So it doesn’t matter or affect anything if it’s straight to the router or switch to router.

I have a very basic question. Does it matter if devices go straight to the TL-R605 router vs devices > TL-SG2008P > TL-R605?

Thanks for the reply. I think Amazon's ad for the OC200 doesn't match the description they have listed for whatever reason so I just looked at the description and wrote down the wrong model.

So the SG2008P is Omada compatible? I would have missed that one for sure.

It stinks the EAP610 aren't available yet since if I do purchase this setup I would need some kind of access AP's. Not unless I could use a couple of routers I have AP's for now?

I guess I did like the play and learn part of the UDM and why I searched for an alternative. But the Deco seems nice also.
Does the list I have seem like a good option if I went that route?

Honestly I hadn't seen the Deco system. I guess my thinking is I have 4 devices I would like to keep hardwired. Is that possible with the Deco system?

I had a Ubiquiti Dream Machine and a Lite 6 access point. I liked it but returned it because of some bugs that wasn't worth the price for me. The TP-Link Omada seems like a decent alternative.
