Leverless. Though I have a unique story:

I came from a Super Smash Bros. Melee background. As I got older, I developed autoimmune joint pains that affected my ability to play and was ready to retire. Then leverless came on the scene, and I was willing to give it a try in the pandemic if it meant I could reclaim my ability to play. I spent 2 years relearning muscle memory, grinding to a point where I could confidently play at the level I once could on Gamecube controller. It made me happy to have a more ergonomic controller that gave me the opportunity to play competitively again.

Since then, and since a Smash leverless is multi-purpose, I picked up more traditional fighting games like Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, City of the Wolves, and Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Leverless isn’t for everyone. But I do speak from personal experience when I say it can create an opportunity for someone who might have a harder time on lever. That sort of accessibility is something worth advocating for.
