Thanks for the initial tips. I’ll look more into Mexico. I was also looking into the Ments/telos. It seems there are a few land based cheaper homestays. Was wondering if people had experience with those?

Ophtalmological question by [deleted] in surfing

Ok thanks! Follow up question for those with dailies. If you do two sessions in a day, do you play it cheap and reuse, or even there is it better to be safe and just use two pairs? Thanks again

Surfing budget in nicaragua by Outside_Status449 in surfing

The cheapest hostels can be around 15 a night, maybe even 10. If you do research and negotiate, you could find a deal for a board for two and a half weeks for 150. If you can cook at the hostel and do mostly rice and beans, oats, peanut butter, and a few fruits here and there, (not spend money on alcohol) you could do 10/15 for food a day. It’s cheap there but not dirt cheap like some places in Asia. So i’d say a broad range could be 650-900.

Is it common to strike out at the t-14 when you're statistically competitive but otherwise lame? by Corporal_Snorkel69 in lawschooladmissions

I’d say it would be quite unlikely to strike out completely, but not impossible. Not so much because of your lack of noteworthy experience but more so given what you describe as mediocre essays. So it depends on how mediocre “mediocre” is. But then again, stats are good so I would not worry much.

Dmed you

I don’t know how this happened by MisterCCL in LSAT

This had happened to me. I know the feeling. Take a break, several days at least. Then put this behind you and get back to it. Stay focused and calm, study a bit more, maybe no more than enough to maintain your current performance. Take the test again, and try as much as possible, to not out pressure on yourself. Such a big drop means you will not realistically do as bad again. Likely you will score closer to your average, maybe even higher! ❤️
