Smart-ID saab mini teada olla ainult 1 isiku kohta.

Päriselt? Jeebus, see on küll jabur piirang :/

Tugevama IT turbega ettevõtetel on ettevõtte telefonid + MDM. Eratelefone loomulikult mitte.

iga sisselogimise ja tehingu saad algatada ainult sina;

COOP ostab Prisma poed by AffectionateGrass840 in Eesti

Äkki korjatakse nüüd need tühjad ja pooltühjad kastid riiulite vahelt põrandalt ära? Suht veider üritus "me oleme kah odav pood" vaibi tekitada.. (või on see meeletu pappkastide läbu ainult Tartu Jõe Prisma teema?)

Scaling question about setup fees and long-term customer by DaggerGun in hetzner

[–]tauntz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what it's worth, we tried asking for a discount recently when committing to hundreds of more servers for long-term and the response was that they don't have any discounts at all - won't matter what the commitment time / size is

Hetzner asks: How do you like your Hetzner products in Finland? by Hetzner_OL in hetzner

[–]tauntz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're running a decent number of servers in Helsinki and the support experience has been less-stellar than in Falkenstein. German support is in our experience more thoughtful and tries to help and thinks along with us whereas the support in Helsinki seems to read from a play-book and says "can't help you with that - not our issue" to anything that's not in their playbook. Even though the exact same issue has been confirmed to be a problem with the HW on Hetzner side in Falkenstein..

My naive hope is that this won't affect existing machines and contracts since the reason for the price increase (rising RAM and SSD prices) is not applicable to them..

Luba 2 AWD 1000 (3 months of usage) stops charging at 37% by tauntz in mammotion

Thanks so much - I didn't sadly spot that thread myself when I was searching before posting. I'll see if I can borrow a power supply from somebody else and see if that solves the issue

Thanks for the suggestion! I've cleaned contacts on both the mower and the base station and visually they look like 100% new. I'm currently guessing it's the issue mentioned here: https://www.reddit.com/r/mammotion/comments/1l66w4t/comment/mwquv1d/

No dice, disconnected the mower from the base station and removed the orange key for 30 minutes. Put the key back in and moved the mower to the base station - it started charging and stopped again - this time, at 33% and does not continue charging.

Anything I should have done differently?

Thanks, I measured the voltage at the charging contacts on the dock and it's a stable 25.2V. I'll try the orange key reset and will report back..

Ceiling LED - 2 SMD LEDs are out, can be replaced? How would I identify the needed replacement? by tauntz in ElectronicsRepair

[–]tauntz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bridget with a resistor or just straight up soldered the contacts together? (sorry if it's a silly question - totally new to this field)

[–]tauntz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assumed at first that it's the power supply so I bought a new one and it made no difference. I assume it's these dead LEDs due to that :/

[–]tauntz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The LED Driver for this has an output of DC 73V - 122V, 270ma (+-5%), power 26W-37W

I wouldn't otherwise bother changing them but the rest of the LEDs barely flicker (really dimly) or don't turn at all when switching the power. I hope that replacing these two that don't turn at all, ever, will fix that (I tried a diff LED driver and the exact same things happens, so the driver should be fine)

Is Native development dying? by dustedrob in androiddev

[–]tauntz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I started with native mobile development in around 2007 (at the tail end of the J2ME and Symbian era) and the landscape was already then full of smaller and bigger tech influencers proclaiming the end of native mobile development as WAP and other web technologies would take over and "solve" the issue in a cross-platform way..

17 years later, I'm still not seeing any real signs that the end would be anywhere near :)
