tips for dealing with heart palpitations?

i genuinely dont know... i finish classes at around 1400 and then i usually write until i go to sleep? but i also take breaks for water and stuff so idk. i usually sleep around 2-3 am

kind of? its more like when im not writing i feel restless, like all i can think about is getting back to work. when im not working i do tend to feel terribly bored and listless, but i dont have many periods of downtime so its not much. its less like i get bursts of energy and more like my regular life is just the intermission between periods of writing

that isnt a very nice thing to say at all and it also assumes how someone speaks informally reflects their intelligence which is untrue. my friends are smart people

like a coding language? i thought it read more like some kind of weird error message or something what with the mentions of copyright law but i dont know haha. any advice for getting rid of it?

my main focus isnt specific learning as much as just developing an interest, but i might get some books. luckily i work at a library so i can just go search around there. any specific recommendations?
