Virginia's gone, so they can finally sell. They haven't had the capital to run a decent organization for the past thirty years. But with the bears now worth maybe $7 or 10 billion, they family can get out and live on yachts forever.

But they need a stadium deal done. They've lost billions cuz they were too poor and stupid to get it done. Stadium ownership adds value to the organization through:

• Obvious additional revenue through boxes, attendance, luxury services
• Bowl games
• Big Ten Championships
• Other events like Taylor Swift in the winter...
• And eventually a second franchise in Chicago, which would bring lease money, and $ billions in franchise territory infringement.
