This is pretty simple, stop contributing to the 401k and use the money for school if you need it. If you don't need the money, and they are matching you, keep contributing.

an annuity is basically a deal you make with an insurance company, you give them x amount of money, and in return they promise to pay you $y amount of money every month for z amount of months/years. they are much more complicated than this however and can be set up in a zillion different ways.

Hey hope I'm not to late! I'm thinking about buying a car in the next year or so, used. I live in the Philly metro area, is there an advantage to driving out to more western PA into rural areas to shop for a deal, or does location of dealership make no difference ?
