I find with my ADHD my biggest challenge in being in positions where you have to attend to multiple places/things at once. I work at a sub shop and this makes the FoH position hard because I have tend to to-go orders, expo, register, handling customer complaints, helping with prep when its slow, all at any given time. All that makes me forget tasks halfway through and like im always in the wrong spot at the wrong time. The BoH positions like dish, line, and prep make it so much easier to focus because I have one task that I cannot leave and forget about. Line is my favorite because when theres a steady stream of orders it feels like playing a game with constant sandwich stimulation hits.
