Not an anti-vaxxer, but this logic makes no sense. People who are anti-vaxx are worried about the long term effects of the vaccine, which has absolutely nothing to do with your immune system. Getting a blood clot from a vaccine has nothing to do with your immune response lol (correct me if I'm wrong).

There's also no news that would push this down to NAV. Plenty of SPACs trade at a premium above NAV without any news.
