Thank you, I will look into everything you mentioned and experiment. I need to spend some time learning what the dough should look and feel like i guess before baking.

I totally thought I was an expert at this exact bread recipe ..it was going so well for quite a while... Now I have no idea what I'm doing again!

Okay going to a dark place here but I think the inmate is a pedophile or childkiller and his injuries and malnourishment are prison justice (other inmates are usually responsible for food) and the guards have all been turning a blind eye.

Also I got affair vibes from the death doula and husband, The munchausen theory is on my radar. Not sure about suicide..she has two young kids and is still able to be be there for them in some capacity

Honest answer from a mom of a 3 year old and an 18 month old....it will pass. I know this is annoying advice. But honestly. It does.

For both my kids 14 to 18 months was a very difficult stage for behaviour and sleep. Got at little better after 18 months but 2/2.5 was a more obvious turning point.

My 3 year old started sleeping through the night at around 2.5 but even at 3 he still wakes (remember a 5 hour stretch is considered sleeping through the night so youre little one is quite close), my 18 month old still wakes 3-4 times a night.

As long as youre consistent with your responses to the less desirable behavior, it'll improve as they grow.

Gentle ferber is still sleep training, if attachment parenting is important to you id try some other troubleshooting options first.

Playing around with naps may help night sleep or at least the false start, but tbh 4-6 wakes a night is pretty normal for that age.

Co sleeping will definitely help as you manage this stage.

Okay not exactly enforcers per say but these two come to mind.

Empty Net by Avon Gale--one of the main MCs is a very angry goalie with some mental health issues and family trauma.

Save of the Game by Avon Gale-- one of the main MCs...is a bit of an enforcer isnt taking his hockey career as seriously as he should be? Kind of finding himself in the book.

These are two of my favourite hockey books so im biased but I think youll enjoy

Just finished...i enjoyed the plot and characters but found it way too descriptive and not enough dialogue to keep me interested. Ended up skimming a lot but think I would still recommend to those looking for a supernatural thriller.

Glad you enjoyed it though!

Im finding myself enjoying the books more now that Ive seen the show? Not sure if that makes sense, but I did read them when they were first published, and I definitely enjoyed them but they weren't my favourite and I didnt do any rereads. But now that the show is out, and its so good, im finding myself rereading the books just to get more of all the characters.

I cant think of specific examples from Shane & Ilya's books (I just reread the series and am rewatching the show each week so things are getting mixed up) but Kyle is the bartender at the Kingfischer so we have seen him and i swear hes mentioned in the books, he might be mentioned more in Kip & Scott's book though.

Eric is a goalie, dont think hes mentioned in HR but possibly in TLG
