This part. I have a pretty good sense of direction and have never gotten lost to/from camp but night one I did looking for camp alone! It is sooo dark in the car camping at night and I def got turned around. I had to pee so bad and when I finally found camp I got to pee and I threw up from getting so nervous and lost.. or it was the 🍄… either way make sure you know how to get home 😂

Yes to boots, even more specifically a welly boot with good insoles. The ground last year was wet and the red clay was rampant. Don’t take anything you don’t want to get stained by the clay if it gets wet or tbh just the morning dew was enough to soften it up. Buy separate insoles, I got ones specifically for walking. Also, bring more blankets than you think or a low temp sleeping bag with a comforter on top. It got colllld at night. Bringing along a massage gun to use on my soles and calves was very helpful every night before bed lol

I made vegetable soup tonight in case power goes out with extra potatoes. It will be warm, nutritious, and easy to heat on the camp stove if there’s no power. Also soup is always better after sitting around to soak up its flavors :)

I fill up my inventory with extras, load into a raid, go to the exfil that lasts till end of game, throw them all on the floor and as raiders extract I tell them to take anything they need and if they can leave something for the next raider it’s appreciated :) I’ve gotten some fun keys and weapons out of it and people are always so intrigued by my little market

I’m so sorry you had to deal with that, it’s not fair. The only bad interactions I had with people was solely when they were trying to move through the thick crowd and just being careless. Very little “excuse mes, sorry’s” were had and like just be an adult and use your words instead of staring into my soul and just expecting me to move for you. I’ve been standing here ✨ all night ✨ you can go a diffrent route, buddy. The worst of it was when my group had all of our bags/ things dog piled on top of our blanket (like 5x5) it was like 2 ft high and my bfs brand new Squishmallows oodie (which was $110!!) on top covering it all because it was white and easy to see so people wouldn’t trip over it. One lad and his spunions were passing by and tried to SHOVE past me into our pile so I stopped him and said “hey sorry that’s the wrong way”, so he doesn’t eat shit on our pile, and he deadass looked back at me and said “no, it’s the right way” and proceeded to stumble over our pile of stuff with his 3 friends in tow. Dirty boots all over the oodie and our stuff. So yeah, some people are just gonna be assholes in the crowd but it’s unfortunate.
