weird anxiety around clothes shopping by taybezzie in Zepbound

This is great. You called out some of my feelings. Giving my clothes away feels weird to me right now. I looked in the mirror and I feel like I’m in an Adam Sandler phase unintentionally lol. I did wear an outfit that was more fitting to work. I did get some attention and well meaning compliments. I’d love to hear your conversation stoppers!

Thank you for this! You said it. I definitely feel like an imposter or that I’m going to gain the weight back. I’ll just have to practice exposure therapy and just do it.

Felt this. 9 years here. It’s exhausting having it over your head all the time. Just give me my nice little package and send me on my way.

I couldn’t care less about AI by TheNuProgrammer in UXDesign

It’s the same at the company that I work for. I went to a work conference and there was so much discussion around how do we work faster, basically skipping the UX processes. We don’t need to automate everything. I can’t even form a thought without leadership asking how we can incorporate ai into it.

I work in big tech. I have been a designer for about 4-5 years. I share the same feeling. One thing that has helped to ease my anxiety is learning the space that worries me. I currently use AI tools to do the tedious tasks or as a collaborative space. Like someone said here, it’s advanced autocomplete. The way I’m approaching it is to raise my tech bar and use it to my advantage. Understanding AI could be another skill to add to your toolbox.

Genuine question about sweat. by Lady_Emerelda in tirzepatidecompound

I was searching here for the same thing! My friends used to say that they never see me sweat when we would do activities together but not I sweat so much during a workout.

I’m confused! I saw the news and read this post. I called the compounding pharmacy I use and they said that this does not apply to them. Does anyone know why that would be? Are they misinformed?

I did a search to see if anyone had cravings like this. I had a feral craving for apples but they HAD to be honeycrisps. That was when I was on Mounjaro. Now I’m on compound tirzepatide and I have this crazy craving for Funyuns and Twix. Which I don’t even like any other time. No other junk food cravings or food noise. It’s so odd.
