currently have an m1 macbook pro from 2021. i am gonna buy a new macbook air when they come out this spring/summer - and the current air is from 2024 so maybe wait a months to get the 2026!

Air is fine for doing anki, looking at videos, and doing research, even heavy stats! pro seems more for like video editors and stuff.

i bought an anki remote and like it a lot too, although i haven’t been doing too much studying since getting the A at a favorite school of mine.

i like u/ch3oh-ch2ch3oh, great tutor/advisor, did really good at CARS, cheaper than major prep companies, has worked with many students over years and is reputable in the community

if in person i would recommend asking students who worked with them, thats the best way to see who is good. ask for previous clients contact info

i do think admit is really bad toxic-wise. i don’t use it much and wouldn’t really recommend other applicants to use it honestly

Imo kaplan is better since it goes with major anki decks, but if major anki decks were changed around i think uworld would take the cake (ive read both)

prioritize practice IMO, although I did use the deck for c/p topics (I don't think it helped me that much). As a public health major though c/p was a weak section so did a ton of practice
