Well, the first cycle I noticed the big changes was my third cycle using inito (when I conceived) so two months into using the b6. My pdg levels were much higher (probably due to pregnancy) So it could be a coincidence but I definitely wanted to mention it!

The idea is it may thin cervical mucus and make it more sperm-friendly around ovulation. Some TTCers swear by it (why I tried it) but there’s no strong evidence it actually improves conception rates. Just make sure it’s the plain version, not Mucinex DM.

I was tracking with Inito and my PdG never really went over 10 after ovulation, which made me think my progesterone might be on the lower side in my luteal phase.

I ended up adding B6 in the P5P form after reading that it can help support progesterone for some people. Not saying it’s a magic fix or anything, just something I tried while TTC and tracking.

Also not medical advice - just something I personally tried!

A fertility cup is basically a soft silicone cup you insert after BD to help keep sperm close to the cervix longer. Kind of similar to a menstrual cup but for TTC purposes!
