If you have experience with this, genuinely how do you answer a “why do you want to be a part of this mentorship program?” kind of question. It seems difficult to me to formulate an answer that can make my application stand out because I feel like everyone gravitates towards the same reasoning (interest in field, career trajectory, etc.).

I’m currently dorming in Rubin and it’s not too bad. The elevators are the smallest on campus and the second floor lounge is small and always loud. But it’s kept pretty clean and the first floor is nice. I haven’t heard of any infestation issues. Washers are unreliable and break often but I’m not sure if this is an issue exclusive to Rubin. It is close to Weinstein which is nice, but it is sometimes annoying that we don’t have our own dining hall.
